Stephanie is a leadership and personal development coach, working with clients in a range of sectors.  She takes a person-centred approach to her work, and is a Routledge published author having co-written 'Playfulness in Coaching' in 2023. Additionally, Stephanie writes on coaching topics, including peer-reviewed academic journals, and is contributing editor of the LSP Magazine. 

Stephanie has a first hand understanding of working in high-pressure, commercial environments.  She is a former City and in-house lawyer working in the UK and overseas with a wide range of UK and international stakeholders, often at the executive level.  The experience of caring for a child living with and overcoming long-term chronic illness prompted an ongoing interest in applied positive psychology. 

 

Stephanie is passionate about continued learning; her influences include positive psychology and ACT coaching (with an interest in Nonviolent Communication, Relational Mindfulness and Gestalt).  She holds an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change (Distinction) from Henley Business School and a Practitioner Systemic Team Coaching qualification from Global Team Coaching Institute. She is ICF (ACC) and EMCC (ITCA Practitioner) accredited. She also runs workshops for other coaches and facilitators, including on playfulness in coaching.  She is a Lego® Serious Play® (LSP) facilitator certified by the Association of Master Trainers, has facilitated the pilot Action for Happiness (AfH) course based on applied positive psychology in a world-leading scientific study by the London School of Economics.
