Olivia Harvey
- Client Experience Manager
Olivia is IG’s Client Experience Manager. She is a senior member of the team, responsible for end-to-end project management. In conjunction, she manages our associate network and ensures smooth running across all operations.
Another of Olivia’s key responsibilities is to run IG’s day to day financial operations. In addition, she supports the Director by reporting on business and project performance.
Previous to IG, Olivia enjoyed a background in the health and beauty sector whereby she worked in a Leading Harley Street Aesthetics Clinic and previous to that at a well-known 5-star Surrey Hotel. Olivia’s interests includes Skincare and Fitness having experienced working with the leading experts in the field.
Originally from Devon, Olivia has now worked in London for the past five years. She holds a BA Hons in Criminology and Psychology from Leeds Metropolitan University and is currently studying for a diploma to further support her role.
