Neel builds the capacity of senior leaders and executives to thrive in an age of accelerating complexity and perpetual transition. Working at the intersection of change, leadership and design thinking, he works with executives and senior leaders in the world’s top organisations to enable growth and impact through executive coaching and the design, integration and facilitation of development programmes.
Since pivoting to a career in executive development in 2015, Neel has developed executives and senior leaders from a diverse range of sectors including professional services, technology, energy & natural resources, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Prior to 2015, Neel was a member of BP’s internal consulting executive team and a Director in KPMG's UK Management Consulting team. He has also worked for Unilever, Goldman Sachs and DE Shaw & Co in finance roles. He is British (of Indian origin) and has worked internationally across a variety of cultures and countries including UK, Switzerland, India, Angola, Brazil, China, South Africa, Germany, Japan, USA, Canada, Spain, Italy and Netherlands.
Neel is a CSA accredited coaching supervisor and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). He was trained in innovation techniques by ?WhatIf! and studied design with the Open University in the UK. He is a qualified accountant, registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Neel graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a 1st class honours degree in Economics and is accredited in numerous psychometric tools.
