Natalie is a chartered organisational psychologist with over twenty years’ experience divided across Europe and Asia. Originally from the UK, having lived 13 years in Singapore and currently based in Portugal, Natalie consults globally across a wide range of business sectors to create transformational programmes that empower organisations to lead with greater consciousness, courage, and connection.
With deep expertise in psychology, leadership, OD and systems psychodynamics, Natalie creates evidence based, experiential, high impact, development programmes to enable organisations to achieve strategic success.
Areas of expertise include leadership development, executive coaching, team coaching, women's leadership, organisational development, executive assessment and development and group process facilitation with a range of group sizes.
With breadth and depth of professional and cultural experience as well as a highly diverse client base, Natalie is a versatile senior business psychologist enabling leaders and teams to navigate today’s highly complex and dynamic work environments.
Natalie holds a BSc. Psychology from the University of London, MSc. Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Master of Counselling from Monash University, Australia. She has professionally accredited coaching qualifications in a range of areas including group dynamics, applied neuroscience and integral coaching. Natalie is a registered psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
